Every FundedAxe Rule, Explained in Plain English

The complete FundedAxe rule set — growth targets, daily loss, maximum loss, minimum days and reward terms — with what each one means in practice.

This is the full rule set in one place. The authoritative version is the rules page and the trader agreement; this is the version that explains what each rule means while you are trading.

Growth target

The gain required to pass a phase, measured against your starting balance. There is no time limit on reaching it, but most programmes do apply a consistency rule — between 20% and 50% depending on the path — so no single day can carry the whole result.

Daily loss (end of day)

Assessed on your end-of-day balance against the day's starting balance. Intraday drawdown that recovers before the day closes does not count against it. This is materially more forgiving than intraday-equity measurement — see daily loss limits explained.

Maximum loss

On every evaluation it is static — fixed from your starting balance, so gains permanently increase your buffer. Once funded it depends on the path: 2-Step and 3-Step funded accounts stay static, while 1-Step, 1-Step Pro, Instant and Pay After Pass funded accounts use a trailing maximum loss that follows your account upward.

Rewards

Funded accounts pay an 80% reward split, up to 100% with the add-on. Your first request opens 14 days after your first trade, then every 14 days — or every 7 days with the Weekly Rewards add-on. FundedAxe Pro programme fees are refunded on your 3rd reward (4th on Pay After Pass, 5th on Instant).

What is prohibited

  • Latency and tick arbitrage.
  • Hedging the same instrument across accounts to guarantee a pass.
  • Coordinated trading with other traders for the same purpose.
  • Exploiting a pricing or platform error rather than reporting it.

Frequently asked questions

Does FundedAxe have a time limit on challenges?

No. There is no expiry on any evaluation phase, so there is no deadline to reach the growth target.

Does FundedAxe use trailing drawdown?

On evaluations, no — the maximum loss is static, measured from your starting balance. On funded accounts it depends on the path: 1-Step, 1-Step Pro, Instant and Pay After Pass funded accounts use a trailing maximum loss, while 2-Step and 3-Step funded accounts stay static.

Does FundedAxe have a consistency rule?

Yes, on most programmes. It ranges from 20% to 50% depending on the path and whether you are on the evaluation or the funded account. The 2-Step paths have no consistency rule.

Can I trade news and hold over weekends at FundedAxe?

Yes, both are permitted on evaluations and funded accounts.

Trading operations & risk

The people who write the rules, review the accounts and approve the rewards at FundedAxe. When a guide quotes a FundedAxe number, it comes straight from the live program catalogue rather than a marketing deck.

FundedAxe evaluations and funded accounts are simulated. Traders do not trade real client capital; rewards are paid on simulated performance under the terms of the FundedAxe trader agreement.
