Rewards are based on eligible simulated performance under your account agreement. Understand the share, request schedule and approval conditions before you start.

Published program terms
The schedule belongs to your program.
These are standard paid-program examples. The rules and any add-ons selected for your own account determine its Reward conditions.

The first-trade reference is the first trade on the funded-stage account. The maximum share requires the corresponding paid add-on. Refund milestones refer to approved Rewards on the corresponding account, subject to the Refund Policy.
Weekly Rewards
Request a reward every 7 days instead of 14. The applicable qualifying-day, consistency and approval requirements still apply.

From eligibility to request
Know what happens next.
This is a guide to the process, not an account activity feed or a promise of a Reward.
Meet your account conditions
Follow the rules for your program and stage, including loss limits, qualifying days and consistency where applicable. A passing Evaluation alone does not make a Reward payable.
Complete verification and request
Identity verification is required before the first Reward. Once eligible under your account schedule, submit a request through your dashboard for review.
Approval, then initiation
The request must be approved before payment is initiated. The published initiation policy starts at approval; provider processing can affect when a Reward reaches you.
The published 48-hour policy
Approval starts the clock.
Initiation and arrival are different. The policy applies to an approved Reward request, with the exclusions described in the Terms of Service.
After approval
Initiated within 48 hours.
The published terms state that approved Rewards are initiated within 48 hours of approval. If initiation is later, a $1,000 credit is added to that Reward, limited to one credit per request.
Exclusions include incomplete identity verification, payment-provider or blockchain network outages beyond FundedAxe's control, and requests under active rule-breach review.
Provider settlement times are separate. This policy does not guarantee approval or receipt within 48 hours of submitting a request.

Can I withdraw the simulated account size?
No. Account size is a simulated balance, not cash held for you. A Reward is calculated from eligible simulated performance under your account agreement.
Does completing the Evaluation guarantee a Reward?
No. The funded-stage account has its own rules and eligibility requirements. Requests are subject to verification and approval.
Where do I check payment methods and request status?
Use your account dashboard for the methods and information available to your account. Contact support with your account and request reference if you need clarification.
Are Rune Points part of my trading Reward?
No. Rune Points are a separate proposed loyalty program whose terms have not been announced. They do not form part of the trading Reward process described here.
