Getting Help at FundedAxe: Support, Docs and Community

Where to get a rules question answered, what support can and cannot resolve, and how to make a breach query fast to handle.

Most support tickets in this industry are one of four things. Here is where each is answered fastest.

QuestionBest route
"What is the rule on X?"The rules page — every rule is published
"When do I get paid?"The payouts page and FundedAxe payouts
"Why did my account breach?"Support, with your account number
"Which programme should I buy?"The configurator, which shows every rule per path

How to make a breach query fast

Include your account number, the date and roughly the time, and what you believe happened. A ticket with those three things is usually answered in one reply; a ticket saying "my account is closed" takes three.

What support can and cannot do

  • Can: explain exactly which rule triggered a breach and the figure behind it.
  • Can: confirm in writing whether your specific setup (EA, copier, strategy) is permitted.
  • Can: chase a payout that has passed its normal window.
  • Cannot: reverse a breach that was correctly triggered.
  • Cannot: give trading advice or opinions on your strategy.

Frequently asked questions

How do I contact FundedAxe support?

Through the contact page. For a breach query, include your account number, the date and time, and what you believe happened — that usually gets a full answer in one reply.

Can FundedAxe reverse a breach?

Not one that was correctly triggered. Support can explain exactly which rule was hit and the figure behind it, which is worth requesting before deciding what to change.

Trading operations & risk

The people who write the rules, review the accounts and approve the rewards at FundedAxe. When a guide quotes a FundedAxe number, it comes straight from the live program catalogue rather than a marketing deck.

FundedAxe evaluations and funded accounts are simulated. Traders do not trade real client capital; rewards are paid on simulated performance under the terms of the FundedAxe trader agreement.
